    I have not made it yet but i can taste it already!! Ive been using oyster and soy sauces since i was 14 in 1999 when i invented a fried chicken recipe with the bottles that had been in the cupboard since i can remember. No flour but with garlic seasoned salt and pepper it was delicious and had the neighbkrs crazy. A 40lb box of chicken quarters was $10 and we have a huge disc we use with firewood. So id make it a lot! But im adding the flour and other ingredienta next time because this looks delicious!! Subscribing now!! Cant wait to cook this and other recipes of yours!

    Chef, You changed the way I fry chicken. No more buttermilk or milk. I marinate in garlic for 30 minutes then add whatever spices egg corn starch, coat in flour 8:33 little corn starch and do a double fry mmmmmmmmmmmm.

    I used to make bbq ( charsui pork ) and I marinate it with the Lee kum kee charsui sauce, a bit of black pepper, mince garlic, juice of ginger I let it marinate overnight. I oven cooked it and it taste delicious 😋😋😋. I definitely try your recipe using the airfryer, it's look yummy though 😊....cheers and keep uploading your recipes 👍

    10:49 without cooking, 2 tsp baking soda, and abt 3T water, rub over skin, 12:52 then add 2 tsp salt and rub again, put to fridge over night with skin up. Part 2, 14:22 put the pork in cold water to blench for 10 min. after having it marinated overnight (so to wash away the salt and baking soda), poke holes on skin, then airfry at 180 c for 20 min., Take it out, poke skin again and brush on some oil, airfry with skin up, at 200C for 25 min to burst skin.

      1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda and baking powder, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1 tsp salt and sugar Pour enough water to create thick batter, Mix then drizzle with cooking oil and mix again If batter to wet add in more cornstarch to thicken😁👍
